Commercial Moving FAQ’s

  • Skip-Moving offers several options of loss and damage coverage for your items — you can add coverage by asking your Leads Manager prior to your move date.

  • It’s important to consider delays and traffic when it comes to unpredictable weather but your move WILL NOT be cancelled unless the city puts out a travel/weather warning or there is an accessibility issues.

  • The first flight of stairs is free although we do charge any additional stairs according to the size of the move.

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) cash, money order and Email transfers. We do not accept checks, American Express, and Invoicing.
