Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice:

To cancel your booking, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled move date. Cancellations can be made by contacting our office via phone or email.

Booking Deposit Refund:

• Full Refund: If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled move, your booking deposit will be fully refunded.

• Partial Refund: If you cancel within 24-48 hours of the move, 50% of your booking deposit will be refunded.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the move will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
